Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance brokers in Canada have made a commitment to respect the privacy rights of individual by ensuring that their personal information is collected, used and disclosed in such a manner that a reasonable person should consider appropriate in the circumstances. The individual appointed to be accountable for our Brokerage will be known as our Privacy Officer. We have appointed an appropriate person in this capacity who has sufficient authority within the organization to ensure compliance.
